I'm Hannah Rowan and I'm the director of St Martin's Associates.

​

I set up St Martin's Associates in April 2022 to respond to a growing need for integrated support for complex projects. We live in challenging times and today's organisations face significant pressures. Even when it would be possible to recruit a consultant to help, it can be hard to find someone who can work flexibly and successfully across the many disciplines involved in a project or situation.

I specialise in providing high-quality integrated support that enables my clients to move forward with complex projects and situations and achieve their goals. I work in a bespoke way with each client, drawing on practices from the fields of change management, coaching, project management, communications and engagement, leadership and management training, strategic planning, strengthening governance, and organisational development.
